The roast beef is part of the beef hind quarter. Its distinctly high, soft fat lid protects the meaty meat when roasting. Since, unlike entrecôte, it only consists of a single muscle strand, it is easy to cook. Its distinctive, distinctive taste, which gets its juiciness from the beautiful, even marbling, develops best on the grill or in the pan.

German organic beef

The Limousin cattle are raised in suckler cow husbandry in Burgstetten. That is, it is born naturally from the suckler cow and stays with her until it is sexually mature. From spring onwards, the herd stays in the Murr creek and in winter the cattle come to the stable with an outdoor run in Burgstetten. The animals are brought to slaughter by the farmer himself in Auenstein, only 23km away.
