The ribeye

The ribeye is a cut from the front back and also known as entrecôte, prime rib. It is one of the most used muscle groups and is ideal for frying or grilling as a steak. The fine veins of fat from the ribeye make the meat juicy and provide an unforgettable taste experience.

Characteristic of the ribeye is not - as often assumed - the not always pronounced fat eye, but three or four muscle strands that make up the piece.
