"From nose to tail" - our company philosophy is that the whole animal is utilized. This also means getting the best out of every part. Fat trimmings from Wagyu beef are therefore rendered and processed into Wagyu lard.
The greaves lard is made from the meat of Dan Morgan's Wagyu cattle. This is a cross between American Black Angus and Japanese cattle. Dan has brought out the best in both breeds and has made a name for himself with the quality of his products.
You receive the Wagyu greaves lard deep-frozen. Store it at -18°C. To eat, defrost slowly in the fridge, store in a cool place at +3°C to +7°C after defrosting and consume as soon as possible.
