Flat iron steak
This flat section comes from the upper area of the beef shoulder. It is perfect for quick frying in the pan and on the grill. The internal tendon, which we remove by hand in advance at the Meat Club, is characteristic of the Flat Iron Steak. Grilling and roasting can begin as soon as your favorite steak arrives.
