Our steak pepper is made from the finest types of pepper in the world in our spice factory according to carefully elaborated and well-guarded recipes. Coarsely ground it ends up in our ceramic pots. In this way, the valuable essential oils and aromas are preserved. The mixture should be crushed in a mortar or spice grinder just before use.
