The spice blends from Pfeffersack & Söhne are made almost exclusively by hand in the factory before they end up in the spice pots. This mixture should be rubbed a little between your fingers just before use, before it lands in the saucepan or on the plate. In this way, the aromas only develop before they are enjoyed.
