Intensely spicy in taste, full of aroma and ideally matured, the steak is a tasty delight.
DoloBeef beef comes from the Dolomite region, where the cows are between six and ten years old. Away from the rearing area, their feed consists of 80 % hay and 20 % grain. DoloBeef attaches great importance to short transportation routes and local slaughtering - the result is an intense and harmonious meat taste.
