The LetzQ Rotisserie fits exactly for the Big Green Egg Large. The rotisserie is made of sturdy 304 stainless steel and turns the Big Green Egg Large into a complete rotisserie oven. The rotisserie can be used to prepare chicken, ribs or pork shoulder, for example. The LetzQ skewer is equipped with a quiet, powerful 4 watt electric motor that can turn up to 15kg. The constant speed ensures that the natural meat juices are retained and the meat cooks evenly in the Big Green Egg. The ring in which the LetzQ rotisserie is inserted has a diameter of 46cm and a striking wedge shape so that the lid closes completely and the heat is optimally retained. The robust, easy-to-assemble rotisserie is equipped with two adjustable meat forks.
