The salt flakes come from underground salt springs in Villena and are hand-picked and dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun.
Red wine salt, as the name suggests, is salt enriched with red wine that we get from the Catalan Priorat in Spain, which is known for its powerful but elegant wines. The result is a beautiful magenta salt with clear wine flavors that goes well with roasted meat.
