The Beef BBQ Rub is made in the Pfeffersack & Söhne spice manufactory according to carefully elaborated and well-guarded recipes before it ends up coarsely ground in the ceramic pots. In this way, the valuable essential oils and aromas are preserved. It should be finely crushed in a mortar just before use, rubbed directly into the food and left to work.
