A full-bodied cuvée made from the Dornfelder, Cabernet Dorsa, Acolon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties - that is the Moritz dry red wine cuvée from the traditional Wöhrwag winery in Württemberg. This intense red wine was named after the second son of the family, Moritz Wöhrwag. Not only the appearance of this powerful drop is inspiring: The deep red color in the glass enchants the eye, while the scent of intense red aromas fills the air. The bouquet enchants with strong aromas of blackberry, elderberry, cinnamon sticks, pepper and liquorice. On the palate, the Moritz red wine cuvée is dry with a full body and a harmonious and at the same time stimulating tannin structure, which goes wonderfully with the rich finish. This modern red wine is the ideal companion to red meat with dark, spicy sauces and can also be served with a good steak from the charcoal grill in summer. The Wöhrwag winery covers around 20 hectares of vineyards. The vines grow near Stuttgart in the suburb of Untertürkheim on sunny slopes that protrude from the Neckar valley.
