With the T-bone steak from DoloBeef, you can enjoy delicious meat from old cows that were allowed to enjoy their lives on lush pastures in the Dolomites. Intensely spicy in taste, full of aroma and ideally matured, the steak is a tasty delight.<\/p>\n<p>DoloBeef beef comes from the Dolomite region, where the cows are between six and ten years old. Away from the rearing area, their feed consists of 80 % hay and 20 % grain.
