Fat trimmings from Wagyu beef are therefore rendered and processed into Wagyu lard.<\/p>\n<p>The greaves lard is made from the meat of Dan Morgan&#8217;s Wagyu cattle. This is a cross between American Black Angus and Japanese cattle. Dan has brought out the best in both breeds and has made a name for himself with the quality of his products.<\/p>\n<p>You receive the Wagyu greaves lard deep-frozen. Store it at -18\u00b0C.
