We attach great importance to excellent husbandry and only use the best quality meat. We only use natural ingredients and preserve our products without additives.<\/p>\n<p>This ham matures for the first 5 months with sea salt and a secret blend of spices at temperatures between 0 and 8 degrees. In this phase we preserve the ham. The ham matures for the remaining months at up to 24 degrees.
