The herbal-spicy BBQ salt from Pfeffersack & S\u00f6hne is the ultimate all-purpose weapon for the quick summer kitchen. On the basis of the delicious Flor de Sal, sharpness, light sweetness and a strong, hearty flavor are perfectly and balanced combined. Simply sprinkle over freshly grilled meat, roasted vegetables or a summer salad – done!<\/p>\n

The BBQ salt is made in the Pfeffersack & S\u00f6hne spice manufactory according to carefully elaborated and well-guarded recipes, before it ends up coarsely ground in the ceramic pots. In this way, the valuable essential oils and aromas are preserved. It can only be finely crushed in a mortar before use or given directly over dishes and dishes.<\/p>\n
