In the northwest of Mallorca lies the valley of S\u00f3ller – surrounded by the mighty Tramuntana mountains. This valley is also called the Orange Valley, because aromatic citrus fruits have been harvested here for centuries.<\/span><\/p>\n

The small manufactory is also in S\u00f3ller<\/span> “Spirit of the island”<\/b> home. Their gins are branded on the island <\/span>Cabraboc<\/b> known for a long time and are already standard in bartending competitions. With the mandarin gin, \u201cSpirit of the island\u201d have created a specialty that is perfect for our pearls.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strictly speaking, this sloe gin is more of a liqueur than a gin. Because in addition to the obligatory juniper berries, sloe berries are mainly used and are therefore also namesake for this type of gin, because “sloe” means sloe in English.<\/span><\/p>\n

The result are fruity-aromatic pearls that enrich every ice cream, dessert, fruit salads but also cocktails and mixed drinks with their pleasant sweetness, their refreshing fruit acid, the aroma of the mandarin and the intense juniper notes.<\/span><\/p>\n
