Delicious and sure to succeed: pre-cooked, German free-range goose
A treat for poultry fans - the sous vide pre-cooked free-range goose from Germany is wonderfully juicy and perfectly seasoned.

Preparation:
Place the free-range goose in warm water after defrosting in the bag, then remove from the bag, drain and dab off the liquid. Remove the bone-in foil from the underside of the goose - this protects the packaging from the goose's rather sharp bones. Bake the goose in a preheated oven at 235°C hot air for about 16 minutes on a rack, with the skin facing the fan. Place a bowl of water under the goose to catch the dripping fat and to prevent smoke. Briefly turn on the top heat or the grill function to get the skin crispy. We wish you the best of enjoyment!
